If I switch to Dexamethasone do I need to wean myself off of Prednisone first or can I stop Prednisone one day and start Dexamethasone the next day with out any repercussions?

Thank you for sharing your experience.

As you know well, no MO is going to condone use of SARMs so it is not a conversation we can have.

I appreciate your concern. There is a lot of wisdom on these boards but separating the wheat from the chaff takes some doing.

I am always looking for an edge that will, in this case, keep the PCa from progressing.

I am a risk taker but as a option trader I learned to cut my losses and live to play again another day when the results are not what you hoped for.

Clearly I am concerned because I am asking questions about it.

Can you direct me to a study that details what additional risks I am taking by switching from P to Dex?

SARMs will remain our secret...😎

At the very least Dex seems to add time to the effectiveness of Zytiga in RCTs so it seems like a good switch on it's own merits

SFA,

The switch may give you some breathing room...

I know of one guy that used to be here that got like 2 years or more from the switch... gregg57 was his name as I recall-- self deleted--now shows as "Hidden"...

As for the dosing, these are equivalent dosing, so there should be no delay, but always follow your MO's advice...

Good luck on your path..
