what should I expect from these ATOS people?

I had nothing but trouble from them, at my medical I was sent home for being in too much pain to then be refused e.s.a on the grounds that the doctor said I had refused the medical. Which took 21 months to eventually sort out. The best advice I have heard is to ask for any meeting with them to be recorded that way it is easier to plead your case at tribunal if you don't get the outcome you think you need. Good luck

Insist on it being recorded you have the right under the law and keep insisting...they twist and lie so do please INSIST

Yes ask a.s.a.p and when they ask you questions answer them as if it was one of your worst days and explain why, try to give them as much detail as you can and if you can't do something that they ask you tell them don't force yourself and it might help to write down a list of your symptoms and we all get fibro fog and forget things which might be important to the medical. Are you on the fibro page on facebook as everyone on there is really helpful and supportive and give brilliant advice, even if your just feeling down and want to moan a bit. x

i have got mine on 6th nov told them i want it recording they said thats ok if i go a theres no recording equipment can i refuse the med as they said they were going to tape it i wont lose any e s a as they dont give me anything only national insurance credits has anybody got any answers thanks
