I opened my car door today and somehow managed to hit my forehead then hit it again! I don't know how it happened but it hurts. I presume my arm did its jerky thing TWICE!

Ouch ... I was standing with the car door open my knee gave way and i banged my head on the door .... Understand how sore your head is SANDRA , hope it is ok now ..
Made me laugh FIONA I throw drinks and sometimes dinner. Lol. Arm has a mind of its own ,...
Hi all I tend to catch my elbow getting in and out of the car and whack my elbows on every available door frame plus I drop things so often that I'm band from using the kitchen not that I've been able to cook anything for years I've lost count of the amount of cups of tea I've ended up wearing lol
thanks all, I've hit myself with many things before, but the door takes top billing!
put cold compress and arnica on it so no bruise but it's tender.
regards, sandra.
Hope ur feeling better & don't have a headache. As regards dropping things, a few yrs ago when I was initially diagnosed with Carpal Tunnel (had ops on both wrists & it's back) I dropped that many items of crockery that I gave up & went out & bought Melamine. Still dropped them & covered myself in food & liquids (with attendant burns & scalds) buy at least I didn't have cuts from broken glass & crockery. Due to the popularity of outdoor dining some of the 'BBQ' crockery etc is actually quite nice at least : )
I use that stuff too! I also have carpal tunnel syndrome and regularly smack myself with toast - butter side up of course!
hey ho, sanra.
wish those that do the esa assessments read posts like these. I do lots of different jerks - what I mean is it could be arms or it could be legs or both - reading your posts actually made me feel better, more human and not so alone. Thank you
