feet ankles and shoulder down to my fingers are the worst I have ever known them to be wish i could chop them off they are so sore aching and painful x

Hello Nutty, now that we're in September and the mornings are already colder, I am finding that my fingers and toes have started aching and burning. It usually happens when the weather gets colder, so I assume it's the change in temperature we are all feeling. I don't mind Autumn too much but I dread the increase in symptoms during Winter!

Morning Nutty and welcome this is a brilliant site full of lovely peeps with advice and experience in exactly the same thing as you! I am reminded of the saying " We knows it cause we grows it" not that we Grow Fibro but we might as well. I have grotty pins and kneedles in my hands at mo so sorry for errorrs.
