Whats best for pain??

Hi everyone its my first time on here, I've been suffering with Fibro for a number of years, only have pain killers, do get bad attacks in different parts of the body, at the moment keep getting tingling up and down both legs, has anyone else had this??

hi sandra yes i get tingling and numbness in arms and legs in fact i read an article yrs ago on fibro AND WOULD YOU BELEIVE THERE ARE 84 SYMPTOMS.sounds crazy but true. tc soma x
