Hi Everyone

I've had a lot of replies to my first blog post...thankyou everyone! I made a general comment with some info which I hope will be of interest to some or all of you. I've also tried to reply to you all individually...a couple of messages may have got out of order! Oh dear, I cant even blame the fibro fog! It hasnt been a great day from the point of view of tiredness, though the pain is mild to moderate. I've yet to find out why my symptoms are worse in low pressure weather...there must be a scientific reason for it! I do hope each and every one of you has had the minimals of pain and fatigue this weekend.

Dont forget there is light at the end of that tunnel, even if we cant see it yet. It's just like the sun hiding behind the clouds...it's warmth is still there.
