I went to bed as usual and laid there as usual tossed and turned as usual saw most of the hours on the clock click round as usual.more tossing and tuning and more watching rubbish on telly !!! arghhhh do people really watch jeremy kyle at that time in the morning and actually enjoy it ???? he is bad enough at 9 am !!!
oh well decided i may as well get up at3.55 am as iwas not going to get any sleep now so up i get and here i am lol
