Hello there poshlady (love the name by the way! ) Whilst I don't personally live in your area, you might consider seeing if there is a local support group where you live. These are a great way to meet people who also have Fibromyalgia, it's great to be able to compare notes, share advice and support etc. Normally the CAB (Citizens' Advice Bureau) or your local council website have details of social clubs and groups etc. Hope this helps and hopefully anyone in our lovely forum who lives in your area will be in touch!

Me too. Dont live in your area but can chat on here if you like. I've had Fibro for a few yrs not and had a few big flare ups but they always seem to be followed by some relief if only for a while. Seem to have my meds sorted a bit now and pain managable mosr of the time. Got good understanding Gp so that helps. Working at the moment and trying to balance that with Fibro and four kids is difficult but thats life. Hope you are well.
