Day Off Work !!

Although it is very rare I allow myself a day off work my Fibro is flaring up again as of last night :/ all tensed up, back, shoulders, hips and neck hurting, sharp pains in my muscles because they are so tensed, tired due to next to no sleep and keep crying but still feel so so so guilty for having a day off working in the cafe!!!!! Xx

:/ i cant stop myself feelin bad for not going, Im always going to have Fibro and cant just have days off because of it.. Starting a hairdressing apprentiship soon hopefully and I cant have a day off everytime I have a flare up which is getting more and more often because they will sack me :/ x
