My crime is doing to much, that involved walking to the shops 2 mins away, and feeding the dog, Im now wiped out, just need to go to bed

yes lally you probably have done too much. I agree this weather doesn't help and I my eyeballs are even sore today! It's a duvet day in weather like this.
