Time for early nights!

Back to work next week so i must have some early nights and hopefully be very well rested and prepared! I have always been a night owl and in my teens and early twenties i could function perfectly well on 4 to 5 hours sleep! i wish that could be so nowadays! Does anyone else find that night times they can come to life,(and then suffer the next day when the fatigue sets in) Love to all xxx
