Haha, know that feeling well Rosehip!!. Didnt get up till later today, not that I slept but it was warm and comfortable so I stayed in bed. Not dressed myself yet but yes, suppose we should really. I think sometimes people think I havn't got any clothes cos I am always in my dressing gown but it feels more comfy so why not.

Take care, love Angela xx

Hi, I am new to this site so don't know anyone. But I find,if I so bad and have to stay in bed, I don't care what I have on. If able to get up and maybe potter, I get to the bathroom and perch on my perch stool and wash what I can, then put on tracky bottoms n teeshirt, at least feel a bit cleaner n tidier for myself if no one else. and I get to know the difference between night and day! lol. luvnhugs x

Hi Rosehip,

I think it would perk you up a bit if you get dresses, lots of layers though as its sooo cold

I stayed in bed 2 days last week because I felt so ill. I have to say though , I did start to feel like an invalid ( if you know what I mean lol ) . On the third day I got up and put some comfy clothes on and found that made me more inclined to potter about and I actually did start to feel a little better for it .

I do go and lie back on the bed throughout the day though , dressed or not ! :)

xx

Hi another new member here, its nice to know I am not alone at last, some days are a struggle for me too bedtime can not come soon enough. I have to pace myself each day if I know I have to go out in the evening I make sure I dont do too much during the day although going out in the evening is a rare occasion, My husband works away for three weeks at a time so its my job to hold the fort so to speak thank god I only have one child still at home who is fairly independent. When hubbie comes back its switch off time for me and he takes over hes beginning to undersand my limitations "At last".

I'm glad I'm not alone.. out of every week i have at least one or two days where i dont get dressed.

i am just more comfy in my PJs and am not bothered if the postie sees me like it either lol

I hate clothes and I hate shoes…..I can get away without wearing shoes as I dont go out much, but needs must, I do need to wear some clothing.. and PJs are the most comfy :) xx
