Its a pattern I've been through so many times, I get to the point where I cant stay awake in the evening and then go through a second wind about now and will go to bed 1am and for the next few days I will struggle to get the pattern back again, mind you not that going to be 10-11pm and waking up 5 hours later is any better ??? Oh well.

I fell asleep on the sofa a few weeks ago with my daughter watching tv, when I woke up she laughed as she found it most amusing to pick up my arm by the wrist and drop it and wiggle my hand and generally have fun at my expence as I was so out of it ... I must admit i didn't realise I went out like that and it is quite funny to imagine her cheeky giggle whilst playing with my arm :-)

I'm the same. Reach a low late afternoon/early eve this time of year. Then awake midnight and small hours, then sleep until nearly midday but need the sleep!
