I am on slimming world so there is not much i can just pick at to have tablets :/ and diddle i use to but my grandma has fibro and because she took tablets with out food she now has no stomach liming left so is suffering alot more now x

Tomorrow is another day and you can time your tablets around your meals for as long as you need to.
