Morning all out there early I had to get up the Demond army is back in my head & neck so I had two take two co/codamol and have a shower to fight it of its very frosty here in Wiltshire and I am going to rest up today !! so hope you all have a good day out there .

Hi ther you are like my morning call lately cuppa and online to greet allan or be greeted by him lol yep am with you on the pain all over and across my shoulders etc what is it like to have no pain ? can you remember i cant i really cant to have a day or eben an hour with no pain what so ever !!!

i often wonder if i will ever have that again i am now gonna start my meds too i cant take them any earlier than 7 really as i have to spread them out over the day

i am gonna have a bath in a bit and now having my 3rd cuppa a cofffee this time ,

yeah we have got a light frost here too but nothing major i am in lowestoft suffolk funny how weather so different in places i was at my daughters yesterday 30 mins up the road beautiful hot sunshine walking about in cardigans she had that all day got back here and i had missed the most violent thunder storms and there were piles of hail laying all around in the gutters and it was dull and grey and had to put a coat on lol

anyway hope the coc odamol kicks in now having mine it s a funny old lifae aint it love to you diddle x

Hope you guys have a peaceful day! I've just defrosted my better halves car so he can go to his care job, now going to have a hot bath to see if I can move and do things today.... got to clean the floor after my washing machine disaster yesterday!!!!

hope your pain gets easier Allan i am taking my normal tablets plus 6 of the strong co-codamol a day cant be doing our stomach any good xxx

Hi all sorry been resting in the chair in the garden as my meds make me sleepy head &neck pain not moving have to call up more reserve's to fight this demond have a nice afternoon
