can medication for RLS be taken as well as medication for FMS
Hi Lesmac, I take Ropinirole and Gabapentin for my RLS. I take Gabapentin at night before I go to bed and it really helps my RLS but I'm sure people are taking Gabapentin who have FMS.
I'd go and see your GP and ask. The RLS is terrible and of course stops you having a good nights sleep which doesn't help you the next day. Vicious circle.

Thanx Jules will see my GP ,but will try the aloe vera gel too. The pain can be so intense that it feels as if I were to cut my leg the tension and pain would just flow away .So I will try anything xx Lesmac
Thanx Sue ,its quite a relief to tok to people who actually understand what it feels like xx
Depends on the meds. Some RLS meds are also used to treat Fibro (as both are linked to low dopamine). So treating both may lead to better symptom control overall.
