my muscles contract really badly whenIm asleep anyone else with this

yes I get this too. The cats always sleep at the bottom of the bed, but have given up being on my side if the bed coz I end up kicking them off in my sleep! Now my poor hubby has nowhere to put his long legs without wearing a cat like a slipper on each foot hahahahahahaha!!

It was worse when I took pregabalin a few years ago as it made my whole body go into involuntary spasms. Do you take this?

Have you ever been assessed for myofascial restrictions? Myofascial pain is very common amongst people with Fibro but needs a different approach to treatment.

mine arent jerks they re just one long contraction, I can barely move now after falling a sleep

Hi lally, my legs are a nightmare when i get in bed.

It feels like every muscle is contract and moving, i am not very good at explaining.

It is not agony, but it isnt a very nice feeling neither, my amitriplyn knock me out after a while.

They also do it if i sit for too long.

I have jerks and stuff and the cramps but this is different.
