I have enjoyed the sun this afternoon and feel so much better today. Had a lovely hot soaky bath last night and I slept right through the night! What a nice change.

Think I will have another one tonight.It really helps. Hope everyone is coping a bit better now the weather has perked up! have a good evening,all x

Glad you are feeling brighter, the weather certainly helps, got all my windows open and the patio doors wide open. Its beautiful.

mmmm a nice soaky hot bath, i always say i am going to champaneys - AKA my bathroom - as got load of stuff for xmas. I think ill may make a visit tonight.

A nice soak helps you to relax, doesn't it.

Hi Lou,I lit a couple of candles and turned off the light,it was great,go for it.Had another good day today, use all of it , it will do you good x sleep well
