Well for once I am writing a positive note. Woke up this morning all stiff and sore, thought I was in for another painfull day. However, due to this lovely weather I sorted out my shed and tidied the garden. First time since I moved here in October! I'm a little worried about what I'm going to feel like when I go to bed tonight, but gosh I feel really good that I have managed to do something!
I upped my thyroid meds only 2 days ago.... I wonder if that has made the difference too.
Sounds like you had a busy day, Ruth! Hope you didn't overdo it, but I bet you're feeling pleased with yourself 
My garden needs an industrial strimmer, so am very glad my BF is going to deal with it when his attention is brought back to outside things. He's away for a few days dealing with family matters.
Hi Ruth, yes another nice day, hope you did not overdo things???? glad you had a good day. I could do with cutting my bit of grass its about 3sq yards!! I made my mothers birthday card today (she will be 85). xxx
Well thwe thing with this is if you feel like doing it do it i know you will prob pay for it later but at end of day i would rather be in pain as i done too much than be in pain when i have done nothing it seems easier to cope with love to you diddle x
Totally agree with Diddle. I was in so much pain after gardening (once I do get started I don't know when to stop) but I felt great that one worry had been dealt with and looking out next day cheered me up no end! The main thing is having a go. Well done.Alan Titchmarsh will be proud of us!
Well woke up late this morning, but can't remember if I woke during the night!!!
Did a bit more light gardening today, between coffee breaks. Had pain and stiffness this morning but gave it a couple of hours after painkillers. Only fellow members will understand when I say..... I was able to get washed, dressed and outside!!! 2 days on the trot..... promising myself that if tomorrow is not so good...I WILL NOT GET DOWN ABOUT IT. Those of you who are having a bad day, just think.....Today is the tomorrow you worried about yesterday!! Big hugs
