I have RA and my doctor is suggesting that I might have Fibro as well. I don't really know what Fibro is, can someone help?

Fibro is an ongoing muscle condition similar to Athritis but attack the muscles and mooves around the body It can affect any part of the body I.E arms ,legs feet ,hands just about everywhere and also has another whole lot of symptoms not unlike M.E.do you mean Rhumatoid Athritis when you say .R.A ? you can look Fibro up if you type it into your search engine as it has a load of symptoms too vast to type here ,Hope this is some help to you ;)

me too. a joint condition and a muscle condition. good job I don't want to do cartwheels anymore!

thanks for these useful details Christine.

Am over 50 and have gone from being able to do the splits less than 2 years ago to barely being able to uncrank my hips when I get up from using the computer lol. I've just got on with things over the years, yep through tears and gritted teeth, but it's always good to learn more about this insidious condition!
