Hi. My name is Sarah I’m 34 years old and a mum of 4 children. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia about 1 1/2 years ago now and life can be very challenging especially with 4 young children.

Would like to know how you all cope day to day and people with children how you cope with having fibromyalgia and being a parent.

You just got to take your time and make sure you don't do too much in one go.

Take plenty of rests

I'm sure 'challenging' is the polite word, you must be beyond exhausted with 4 children! I just work and that half kills me 😳

Pacing yourself is great advice to give however so much harder to actually do! Think we're all still trying to master it.

But take a rest whenever & wherever you can & don't sweat the small stuff. The sky won't fall down if the housework isn't done.

Prioritise, kids first obviously and if they're alright you're doing an amazing job!

Never feel guilty for taking time for yourself, you're just charging your battery for the important stuff 🤗
