just wondering how many people suffer with Raynaud’s and have any positive experiences of controlling it ?
my attacks are very frequent and quite debilitating. I have tried various meds none of which have really had any effect and some of which have side effects I struggle to tolerate and carry out life !
Many thanks in advance 😊
I also use all the warm clothing / handwarmers etc …..

I've never been offered meds but I do have Raynauds. I have heated gloves and heated socks. I can't wear the gloves in the studio, which is very cold, so I make hot drinks a lot to hold. I wear headphones to help with my ears. I'm not sure what else you can do?
I have raynauds, mostly flares up in colder weather, I don't take anything for it but heat is the only thing that helps me, throughout the day I often have to soak my hands in very warm water for couple minutes, also have to soak feet in bowl of warm water before I step in the shower as the numbness in my feet means I can't safely step in the shower,
