yes, I have anxiety and depression and I do some art. Not enough as its hard to get motivated to get started and when I do I can only do an hour or so before fatigue sets in. That sounds negative but once I get engrossed it does provide good distraction from my conditions including the pain.

hi sleepyhead, i have depression too. I love to colour. I have a huge selection of books & pens and get totally lost in the patterns. Sadly i have arthritis in my hand now so cant do it for as long but it does help me

Hi sweetie I draw in charcoal. I'm not very good but I still release some tension.

I've kept years worth on A4 in a box.

I used to read war veteran poetry when I was about 12 year old to 20.

I hope you're poetry helps you🤗🤗🤗

Hi Sleepyhead😄I used to love charcoal drawings all sinister like my mood back them. Sewing I used to make toys for school fates ? Embroidery when I was younger.

Clothes knitting but I loved crochet. My hands hurt to much now.

My daughter is an awesome artist and she's in a band. She sings plays bass and guitar. She never has time to see me lol. Well she is 38.

I prefer her own music to the band's.

Now? I do very little. I've lost my muse.

I love the poetry you did

Not feeling too well so hugs dawn 🤗
