just lately my shins have been so painful,the bones feel as if they are going to pop out and split my shins open.

Hi Loll, Yes i get the same feeling, sometimes it hurts so much all i can do is sit with my feet up on the sofa and rest untill the pain eases off, i put the pain down as just a part of the fibro,

Hope you manage to deal with the pain

I have that Loll but I do know that comes from my back,althoufg I suppose I have to think about fibfo also being a cause now.Mine started years ago with slipped discs but as I say I still get it and know how awful it can be.The only thing I can do when I have it badley is to get in the bath.One thought do you get in when you have sat down for lenght of time.gentle hugs hun :-)

Yes I have that too. Also same pain in my forearms too. Hope it eases soon.

Me too! I do worry that I put every new ache and pain down to fibro...I can't run (joke) to the doc's every time and worry that i may miss something of significance that is a sign of something else! Hope that makes sense!!!

I thought I was the nly one with these shin pains, It tends to hit iff I have been sitting for a long period but can last for days, heat does help ease it but I've found it only stops when it wants to
