Hi I have fybromilgia for many years it took doctors about twenty years to diagnose me I also have depression and anxiety just wondering would having a pain in my chest be a symptom as well .

Fibromyalgia pain can be felt in the chest, and there is also a condition called costochondritis (inflammation of rib cage muscles) that is a common comorbid condition. However, as it is chest pain it is best that you mention to your gp, as there can be other causes (same goes for any new pain or symptom - don't just assume it's fibro)
