Thought I’d post since it’s been a while. Just wanted to say all your comments and kindness does not go without notice, just sometimes I really can’t be bothered to reply! I know it’s bad of me.
I am feeling a lot better and thankfully I didn’t take too long to recover from covid, however this stupid cough and blocked nose is really annoying me, I just want to breathe lol; what is worse is I don’t feel unwell so it’s just annoying more than anything.
I’ve had a really bad flare up the past few days, the worse one I’ve experienced to be honest the pain I my left side of my head neck and shoulders have brought me to tears a few times, does anyone else suffer like this? Any tips or other pain medications I could try?
sometimes I think is this my life? And don’t get me wrong I know there’s people who are worse off than me and are suffering a lot worse off than me, but sometimes I think woah I’m 25 and this is my life what a long way to go.
Anywho this wasn’t meant to be a sad post but a thank you post so sorry I’ve rambled a little. anywho take care everyone and sending hugs x

I'm finding yoga is helping me. There are plenty on YouTube specifically for fibro suffers that concentrate on certain areas of the body for 5-10 mins at a time helping to stretch and strengthen and my heat mat helps me too. Best of luck 🤞
I think you are allowed to get things off your chest and say exactly how you are feeling. I do feel for you younger people as my fibro was diagnosed in my 50 s . Covid does seem too leave after effects for sure , not sure if it helped but I steamed over a bowl and my daughter bought me this little machine that I put drops of menthol oil in and it blows out steam ,think it was from boots and kept it on my bedside cabinet at night. Last week I was rubbing ibuprofen gel into my neck and shoulders @ shoulder blades (well with some help ) just too take the edge of pain and soaking later at night in the bath does help and always have a supply of Epsom salts, just brought some bags at Tescos Radox 2,50 a bag which is a good offer. Just check with your Pharmacist about using any rub in gels if on medication . Xx
