Hi everyone, I hope your all coping best you can and getting the help you need as it's not easy. I'm writing this to hopefully give you hope. I've suffered with fibro since about 18 brought on by childhood trauma. To cut a long story short, I was at the end of my tether with the pain and decided, if the pain is psychological I can try reversing this. I started yoga and meditation also let go of the baggage I was carrying for all these years, its not easy making peace with some things but holding onto it was really really sore. It seems to be working and my pain has subsided greatly I only take the odd painkiller now but it's only been a few weeks but I'm hopeful. Life can be stressful and I noticed stress just brings on more pain . I really hope this helps even one person as I know living with fibro is no fun and can really bring you down. I suffered at the hands of many and did so for many years and now I want to take back control for my life . Good luck everyone and I wish you all the best. Big hugs

Thank you for your positive comments. I read quite a few messages here and most are full of problems. I agree that we must not let fibro win, although it is not easy.
I agree, stress definitely makes the pain worse. Glad you've found yoga and mindfulness helps. I must make more effort with mindfulness, I use Daily Calm with Tamara on You tube. Hope you continue to feel better.
