Hi Kel6You sound so weary in your post. The symptoms of fibro are so varied. Can you ask your medical team to do tests for your symptoms now.

Very important to look after yourself.

Pain makes us so tired and poor sleep makes it worse.

Take care

Hi Kel6,I relate and I'm sorry for what you're going through. I have trouble sleeping to and I dread night times and the lack of refreshing sleep is so hard to deal with. It's been 6 really hard years now and I'm 34 and don't think about the future anymore because I can't plan anything, I can't achieve my goals and I can't imagine living the rest of my life this way😕 I'm not much help, but some things I've found help give some relief if you're up for suggestions are stretching (I spend so much time stretching but if I don't it's unbearable), sauna, hot baths, alternating hot and cold showers, moving as much as you can but taking rests as soon as you feel you need to (I tend to overdo it when I'm feeling better than usual and then take days to recover), yoga, yoga nidra, breathing exercises, massage. Maybe if you could take something to help you sleep for a few days at a time here and there? My doctors won't give me anything but melatonin which makes me nauseas the next day. Sometimes they'll give me temazepam but only occasionally and for good reason as it is addictive, but I find things that help me sleep cause other issues. I hope some of these things might help if you haven't already tried them. All the best, and thank you for sharing. xx
