very interesting how we are all at different stages, I definitely recognise these from this video

Not see any evidence that supports this clinics approach. Person behind it has many similar approaches for conditons and there are many varied revies. Some if you read say that when it was not working for them then they were met with the "your doing it wrong" approach.
As to stages of fibro there are no recognised clinical stages but some people apply retrospectively their own stages. Similar to using the grief stages to explain path to acceptance of fibro. It is an analogy but not clinically appropriate.
Hi Jazz, thank you for posting the video. I found it helpful and interesting. Could you please send me the link via pm? Xx
Thanks for this J.E. The three stages were interesting. I would need to get my mind around it more to really internalise everything this therapist is saying but some of it fits in with stages I've been at and ongoing and also backgoing. I like that he is so positive about 'rest'. Feel I have pushed myself past several limits this year and this does offer a realistic strategy for taking control again while there is a lull in life's creative little dramas. The idea of rest' seems quite a novel concept to me really but definitely going to start working on it and not giving away my own energy because of anger or guilt that I have fibro.
Thank you xx
