Hi Penny, glad you found us and hope you feel better soon. x

Hi i only joined 2 or 3 days ago lol fibro fog !!! but its been brilliant you just sit down and write it all down yes everything all those things in your head jus put it o here it is really ggod we all know how you feel and that is a real comfort to everyone, none of us know all the answers to everything but we can all chip in with our piece and hopefully we will get there and make each other understand something more. i am now going to have a really hot bath to ease my pain but it wont last i will then sit with my little dog and a glass of lucozade and may even push the boat out onight and put ice in it woo woo. you keep coming on here and i think it will help you so much your not alone ever, soft hugs and love to you. diddle xxx

Hi Penny. I'm glad you found this site, as I think like many others, you'll find it a huge benefit. I've only recently joined myself and it's made a big difference to be able to discuss things with others who totally understand what you're going through, and you can vent without anyone judging you.

I hope you're feeling better than yesterday. There's lot of helpful information to find here on the links and just by reading other peoples blogs.

Stay strong Hun. x
