I have been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and depression over a year ago and I am still in denial but my body is telling me that is real. I am in constant pain, I cannot sleep well, I am tired all the time. 🥺

Any advice to make myself feel a bit better and to feel energetic ?

Thank you ☹️

Sending hugs! It really is trial and error with what works for you. Are you taking any medication? Other things that can help is pacing/taking breaks frequently, weighted blanket to aid sleep, hold/cold creams or compresses. Some people benefit from CBD, I use a acupressure mat and pillow before bed sometimes too. It is an adjustment and takes time to accept thr condition, but I have found since coming to terms with it it has gotten easier to deal with. I find winter really hard as it's like the cold and wet gets in your bones! X

For me too I do tend too hibernate more for sure. This continuous heavy rain, damp , here in Suffolk at the moment is not going down well, we are differently getting the rain we didn’t get in the Summer .

I t can be hard getting your head around this condition and pain is very real, lack of sleep ,anxiety , depression can be symptoms connected as many of us have found out , have you seen your GP recently? If the doctor can help with the sleeping you may find your tiredness is not so bad , but differently work with pacing yourself each day , I hope you get the right help so things will improve for you xx
