DWP ....... again

Hi all

I am on ESA and was placed into the working group as I have limited capabilities for work.

I suffer with anxiety and was also diagnosed with PTSD . I've had limited help with the PTSD and it causes me to have a meltdown if I have missed calls or calls from unknown number. So much so I can not answer calls if I do know the caller is or if it is not expected.

The DWP are obviously aware o f this as it's part of why I was put into a support .group

Yet they called me yesterday from an 0800 number , let the phone ring once and did not leave a .message.

My Husband called back it was the DWP

i have no idea why or what it was about.

Why do they treat most vulnerable of us in such bad way. ????

Anyone else feel the same ,?

Thank you. I'm stressing out that's why I switched between work group and support group. To be honest I'm not sure which I'm in . They say that they will contact you at least once in a 3 year period . I guess it's just that. I have had to fight for everything I get and that's been the hardest part. I can hardly get out of bed most days and this just sends my PTSD over the top for days until time passed and I can forget about it.
