Diagnosis

So after a year and a half of being told I have Fibromyalgia, I've just been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes! I'm shocked it's taken so long but more disappointed and upset with myself for not looking after myself. Feeling very overwhelmed and low but at least I know why I've felt so poorly.

Aww I shouldn’t feel upset with yourself as many people get diagnosed with this it’s a lot more common now that it ever was before and now they have found out what is wrong they can get you the right medication which doesn’t always mean injections anymore as my mum got diagnosed and she gets her treatment in tablet form. Hope you start to feel better soon xx
