The only advice I can give you is holding your nose and blowing down until you hear a pop, they do say it will clear itself in time, but I seem to have had this for ages, also try some chewing gum if possible, as it’s connected to swallowing, it sometimes helps.

Blue52, thank you for that. I'm going to buy myself some chewing gum in the morning.

I see you have asked this a couple of times over the past couple of months. Someone did mention talking to your GP and I am not sure if you have done this yet. They may have a better idea. I am conscious you are getting the same replies each time and it may be time to seek some professional help if it is still bothering you.

Hi, I have been to see my GP and he prescribed anti biotics but sadly they didn't help. I thought maybe a "newbe" on this site would have some tips or advice.

Steroid nasal spray can help, either prescribed or you can buy one at the pharmacy.

Thank you, I'll try it. Any particular nasal spray in mind?

Have you tried massaging behind the ear, I find this works if I’m starting with an ear infection.
