Hi, Is there any help or treatment available for fibromyalgia?.

I tend to get pain only on certain parts of my body, like pain on 1 or 2 fingers or a part of my leg or arm. It varies all the time.

I would appreciate what ever help or support you can offer or provide.

Thank you so much.

Hello, some people get referred to a pain clinic , I handle my fibro with medication, warm soak ever evening with my Epsom’s salts, some people use a tens machine. gentle massage, stretching excercises daily, pacing your body daily if you can does help as over doing thing’s can make our fibro pain worse. xx

I've not had a definitive diagnosis but was one if the possibilities from the rheumatologist. My symptoms sound similar to yours. I had been good for about 3 months after taking Naproxen and Sertraline. I'd even started running again. But this also week has been bad...my symptoms have returned. I am so cross!!! Does anyone else's fluctuate to such a big extent? Having felt so rough for years I was so happy that I felt normal a.d now I'm back to lethargy amd pain ☹
