How to research fibromyalgia?

Hi, I was diagnosed a few years ago but have suffered for longer like most. I've spent most of time researching fibromyalgia only to find most information is directed to American patients. My question is I would like to write a book about fibro and many other hidden illnesses. How many people would be willing to :-

• contribute?

• answer a questionnaire about your condition?

• make a statement or give a paragraph about your experience with fibromyalgia?

Thank you in advance xx
