Hi Hitman57

Firstly, I know what you mean about the weather it does seem to have a significant impact on certain people me for sure.

Also, don't worry you are not alone with regard to brain fog, I think that was a big thing for me in the beginning, I had trouble finding words and using the wrong words and at one point they thought I was having a stroke because of the slurring.

I found a plate in the washing machine which should have been in the dishwasher and a pint of milk too, I walk into a room and have no idea why I am there, I sometimes have the feeling like my thoughts are just blank nothing up there which I find scary.

I now write down everything and leave post its in places telling me what I need to do ok so it takes a while making a list, I also do some word searches and puzzles to keep my mind active.

Some days are better than others but please be assured that its not just you.

My memory is getting so bad that i am expecting anytime soon to not just forget why i went in to a room, but forget what room it is altogether. On the plus side i keep finding packets of sweets I forgot i had bought, so its not all bad.. (-;

I normally put the washing on, then remember to take it out about 2 days later ... So need to rewash again. Clothes are commonly washed 2-3 times before they actually end up in the dryer xxx

wish I had a dryer!my go to place is the fridge for lost objects

I find it difficult to remember faces and I cringe under the look I get when I call someone by the wrong name

Il join you on this, daily now I seem to be doing this more now, where as my brain used to multi task that’s differently not happening and I have to say to myself slow down , I can go to get something and in a matter of seconds I’m standing there wondering what it is I need , oh the joys of the brain fog club😂.

Try to keep your brain active, crosswords, wordsearches, jigsaws, just keep the brain ells working.

Firstly hitman57 sorry for your loss . I have this brain fog , & I just can’t get the words out , my friends have noticed & it’s a guessing game sometimes trying to imagine what I want to tell them .

It’s a good idea to do the word search so thanks to Lynn_lunn I will get one on my iPad . It’s hard as I’m on my own so I’m not talking to anybody during the day . Then I see some one & then I’m stumped for something to say . It’s worrying .

I was bent over in pain on Wednesday/Thursday last week I had to deal with the pain alone . The pain took over my whole body I really had a very bad day , so I heard it was a ‘flare up’ unbearable pain.,how about you do you get the flare ups too. Only diagnosed in July and I feel it’s got worse . Have to stop now as in my fingers . I hope you’ve had a good weekend free of this excruciating pain.

Yes like you I had a flare up at the weekend and I’ve just found out it is worse when your on your own as you have no one to talk to about it so I tend to talk to things like my table and chairs and the vacume cleaner at least if I swear at them they don’t get up set about it and they are always there to do it again
