Hi people had fibro for 7 years now ups downs merry go rounds . I'm quite a thick skinned person so normally manage to deal with the fibro without people knowing . These past few months have hit me bad my back from top to bottom is locked and the fatigue I'm feeling is unreal. I refuse to take medication from the doctor as previous medication turned me suicidal to point I tried quietly on my own . Thank god I didnt succeed.
Is there any one with any advice out there . I was also diagnosed with chronic fatigue at the same time is this a common illness with fibro .

Chronic fatigue is one of the main symptoms of Fibromyalgia but some people are diagnosed with both.
Pacing, learning self and painmanagement techniques, keeping active, listening to your body are all ways you can help manage your symptoms. Support by speaking to others who understand definitely helps x
Hi with regards to chronic fatigue, someone on here suggested to me I try Magnesium Malate. My fatigue would get so bad that even my Doctor noticed me slurring my words. Since ive been on these I have so much more energy no slurring when I speak, even my Nephew who has fibro is on them and he agrees his energy levels have improved. Please give this a go and I hope it helps you the way it has helped me, regards Pat.
