Had an up and down day. Not too bad pain wise but fatigue and brain fog has been up and down.

Been quite fed up and low today.

Does anyone find that a new level of fatigue hits them like a brick wall?

I'm at work until 5pm again and my colleague has just left, just felt overwhelmed for a bit then a wave of fatigue hit like a wall.

I've been going through a flare where it's begin mainly fatigue and brain fog rather than pain .... Today was first day I've stayed awake during the day since Wednesday (though I did crash about 4pm for an hour or so)

That pic is So apt!

Right now, the weather is getting me down, (I am very weather sensitive), have recently emerged from a flare when it was hot, and now the opposite is happening and the aches and pains have kicked back in, and I think I have got the beginnings of the First Chilblain! :(

I have a faulty internal Thermostat, so I can go from Heat exhaustion to hypothermia in record time!

Cheers, Midori

Update - Brain Fog has attacked today, just don't feel like anything is getting done or getting done right. Anxiety has flared up, taken some deep breaths in the hope that it calms down.
