Hi all, I've been living with fibromyalgia for almost 3 years now. During that time, I came across the Gokhale method. I bought the book and read the basic parts. It really helped me clarify a few things about posture and basic body mechanics. Leaving aside the first part where it explains how we as species used to have a different posture before the 20th century (I don't really agree with that), it has been a great tool for avoiding flare ups and discomfort.
I just wanted to share this and see if anyone has come across it in order to share an opinion.
