I’m 20 years old, and I’ve been having these issues for about 9 months now. I started off having nausea and a lot of gas/heartburn. Then I had an ulcer which I’m slowly curing with home remedies, and no longer have pain. I also have internal hemorrhoids. I am not longer having pain in my stomach, but almost everytime I eat something I feel nauseous. It’s unexplainable. The doctors haven’t diagnosed me with anything else, I’ve been losing a lot weight bc my appetite isn’t great due to the nausea. I’m down to 82 pounds and I’m 4’11. I’m so exhausted of feeling this way I feel like I’m being tortured, I don’t want to die soon, I’m so scared for what the future holds for me, I just want to feel good and eat good and be healthy but I guess that’s too much to ask for. Idk what to do next, any help ?? This nausea has been coming and going for 9 months also. Sometimes I feel the need to yawn constantly back to back also, or stretch. Like idk I just don’t feel okay, like EVER. I can’t do anything. Help.

Nausea
I went through about a year of constant nausea, with all tests coming back clear. I was eventually diagnosed with functional dyspepsia (consultant described it as like IBS but higher up the digestive system ). In other words my digestive system had become extra sensitive.
I'm on stomach medication, and use ginger a lot as a natural remedy for when I do still get bouts of nausea (thankfully not as often now)
Hello , have you asked your doctor for some meds to help with nausea or is it something you wouldn’t want to try ? I did have heartburn /acid turned out after testing I have a hiatas hernia which I take Lansoprazole for. Yes I too have tried the ginger capsules for relief. Wondering if doctor could recommend a diet to follow to help but again you might have already done this, perhaps a visit to your GP to give him/her an update it might give you a piece of mind, take care it’s rotten having to feel nauseous all the time, I hope something will get sorted for you , it’s enough to have fibro let alone any other conditions /problems we have to endure.
Try eating foods that contain protease enzymes that digest protein to improve gastritis. Proteases helps reduce inflammation, clean out debris and infection, and stimulate healing.
Protease deficiency symptoms include excess gas, cramping, heartburn, indigestion, abdominal discomfort, diarrhoea, constipation, joint stiffness, fatigue, premature skin wrinkles and gray hair!
Cooking or processing foods, even fruits and vegetables, kills the enzymes so you want to focus on eating fresh fruits such as:
Pineapple
Payaya
Ginger
Kiwi
Yogurt
Cheese
Kefir
Miso soup
Sauerkraut
Tempeh
The key is to chew your food thoroughly because as your food mixes with saliva it is broken down in your mouth and begins the digestion process. The more you chew, the less work has to be done in your stomach and small intestine. Hope this helps x
I have stomach issues and constant nausea too. The pain from my stomach radiated everywhere so that I too started to believe I had fibromyalgia. Longterm PPIs sorted that somewhat, but the nausea is still there and it’s debilitating. I have found that aloe vera juice helps to some extent. I wonder if you found anything that helped you?
Fot heartburn you could try bicarbonate of soda half a teaspoon in water first thing every morning
Try taking an iron tablet every day approx 12-14 mg
You should still be eating healthy meals despite your symptoms
You aren't going to die so don't be scared symptoms can scare us just because we don't know the reason for them but there is a reason you just don't know it atm
