Absolutely.

In fact life has changed very little, if at all, for my David.

Been agoraphobic as well as having to deal with severe social phobia the lock down feels no different to me. When the lock down started I actually joked I never thought been agoraphobic would have been a blessing.

I am sad because I had actually worked so hard last year to get out for a coffee with my hubby. Although I had my latte in the car it was a step in the right direction. Was hoping this year to try and sit outside one of the cafes. Now I fear I may have been pushed back to square one.

The positive and there is always a positive I'm staying safe to fight another day. Have a peaceful and relaxing weekend everyone xx

Not new at all for many of us having to endure staying at home for years, but feeling the loss of having a little outing sometime when well enough.

My life hasn't changed other than my one trip a month out of the house to go to my GP, is now a telephone call.
