So I have my first session tomorrow and I'm petrified as I may have to go alone and I suffer severe anxiety and depression. I don't know how I'm going to cope and I would love to know what people think of them. I've been in a bad flair up since the weather turned cold and it's affected my mental health too and I really want to get the best of this thing as I really could do with the help. Even if it is just a new support group.

Hi, I attended a pain management course and it really did help me change how I view my aches and pains. Daily gentle stretches were a part of the course and actually really helped. It’s also nice to meet others with similar health challenges and hear their tips on managing pain. I hope you are able to overcome your anxiety and wish you well. Take care.

I have no energy to get dressed to go out. If i go out it is once every 2weeks. I have to rest a day before and a day after. If i could go i would.
