Finding getting through the day with alot of pain is hard to keep my head up mentally. Had to quit uni and am now in a wheelchair because walking is just too painful now. Tips to stay hopeful? Struggling alot.

Hi Sweetheart, I really feel for you, being so young with all the pain your experiencing, you need to focus on complete relaxing! A little " ME TIME" by clearing your mind shutting off all the gadgets (TV, telephone, radio etc.) Focus on yourself, closing your eyes making yourself totally comfy - relaxed. Please try this method, take a day at a time, don't push yourself. Lots of gentle little hugs. 😇

e cope a little better with it I have pain from other conditions like so many of you on here. S little me time or CBT which have been suggested above might worth trying. I hope you improve very soon. Love and hugs Lynne xxxx
I agree keeping yourself busy with something works for a lot of us, and it helps with depression, getting outside in the Countryside is so good for you, it has kept me going
for 16 years, hugs.
