Sleep study update.

As I posted a few weeks ago. I had my sleep study done at the hospital to try and get to the bottom off why I was screaming, shouting, singing etc. Well I got my results on Friday. They found out that my legs moved 50 times in an hour, am that i fall into a deep sleep more or less straight away, an it also states that i have sleep apnea and the consultant is referring me to a sleep apnea clinic. Due u know what if I'm not Fed up. It just seems to be one thing after another. Hubby and I already sleep in separate rooms due to my nightly activities, if I have to wear a mask overnight that's it not good. Will keep you informed when i find out anymore. 🤔

I have restless legs on top of everything else so we sleep in separate rooms, not ideal but my husband would get no sleep at all with me.

Hi Grandmadylan.

Me and my husband are the same as yourselves it's the only way for him to get a good night sleep, as he was exhausted due to lack of sleep. I do miss cuddling up to him at bed time. 😪.xx

Hi Debbs I read your post with sympathy. I up until 3 weeks ago was exactly the same and would only achieve 2 broken hours sleep a night! I have since found a little bottle of magic, and I now sleep the entire night through - even if I wake up I go straight back to sleep again. I’m not sure if I am allowed to comment here what it is but it is 100% natural - I am now helping others in the same situation and selling the product which has amazing results! If you are interested to know more please message me back. Honestly this ha changed my life and so many others like us. Hope you are well today 💕 xx Annie xx

Hi I sympathise with your issues. Restless legs I have treatment with Quinine Sulphate or you could drink a load of tonic water! Sleep apnea has to be treated with a mask however. My hubby has that condition. He was told if you do not wear the mask attached to the machine to maintain air pressure you are very likely to have a stroke or heart attack . Stopping breathing as apnea shows puts strain on the heart=blood flow we were told. Do you drive?

It causes mini sleeps which puts you and others at risk hence vital you have the treatment. Very best wishes

Hi Debbs yes off course I just wasn’t sure if I was able to post the information on here. It is called M3Z spray- it’s completely natural which is so important to me as I suffer from colitis as well and although I know I will never be able to stop using regular medication always it can make me really ill. You can find it here (again apologies if this is not allowed) AnnieM.jamberry.com/uk under the wellness section. Please feel free to PM me if you wish more information and I would be delighted to send you some testimonials from around the world. I’m not in here selling absolutely not but just want to share and help others xx
