Tens machine
I've got one from Lloyds pharmacy, think it was about £15, I did have a wireless one but it drove me mad as the pads kept falling off as you have to have batteries in the pads which made them heavy. Much prefer the wired one, you can easily clip the controller to your waistband & tuck the wires under your clothes, I do that when I'm using it at work.
Hi I just got a cheap one from Lloyds to try it out and its fine, I got a double on so can use in 2 places, I then started to colkect them from carboots and have them everywhere now and they do help me but not everyone but if it's cheap and doesnt work then not so bad. The wire free ones were a pain btw...good luck I hope it helps x
Got my Body clock first choice plus thru Pain clinic. Cost £20 comes with pads and battery but u need to replace battery and pads from ur own funds. Pain clinic said this was the best don't bother with expensive ones. Get replacement pads from internet. Don't use all the time but good for short periods and u can take thru airport security.
