Just heard from group 25% M.E that as of 1/8/18 all nhs GPs have been updated M.E /CFS are officially now recognised as neurological and not pycriatric,therefor we will hopefully get the care & treatment needed

Hello Charlie

ME has been recognised by World Health Organisation (WHO) as neurological since 1969 and NICE guidelines have been published for Healthcare Professionals to acknowledge the physical symptoms although some were still dismissive and MP Carol Monghan has been campaigning for ME.

Thanks for the PM - glad to hear that MP Carol Monaghan's ME & PACE Trial debate is filtering down to GPs and sadly the 2 people who died both showed inflammation in the ganglia in the brain. More research is definitely need :)
