I am Struggling to continue to work full time with fybromyalgia. I have worked all my life but my fybro is taking over my daily routine. Does anyone know what we are entitled to if I have to reduce my hours or give up work completely.

Firstly hun have you applied for PIP? secondly your household income can be taken into consideration, if you are on your own like me with a son (they cannot make him divulge his income) then you should get some ESA, you need support from your gp and any medics looking after you, occ health if there is one, ask for letters of support from them, yyes they might charge you but its worth it... Go on dwp.gov.uk and fill in a fictitios form for benefits avoid universal credit unless you have to-(no names no-one knows who you are) be truthfull and that will help you decide.
I haven't worked full time since my stroke in addition to the fibro and I'm not entitled to any benefits. It all depends on each situation. Worth asking at citizens advice and looking at ways to cut your expenditure too.
Good luck!
