Practically everyone gets reassess on pip, but don't always have to go through medical again if they think you are not likely to have improved, all the best it is a stressful time.
The official line from DWP is that you are sent the forms to complete. If you say anything has changed for the better or worse, compared to previously, then a Disability Assessor from ATOS or Capita needs to re-assess you. If you are on the Enhanced Rate and nothing has changed they have the option of deciding not to put you through a re-assessment with a Disability Assessor. This particularly applies to people with diseases or conditions with long-term known prognoses like Motor Neurone Disease, MS, and so on. For fibromyalgia, I think we can expect to be reassessed by a Disability Assessor unless we are are on the Enhanced Rate for Mobility and Daily Living when there is a chance we might not be.
