Toothache
Hi sweetie you might need some antibiotics or maybe you could bit on a clove if you have one. So sorry there is nothing worse than toothache. I hope that you get it seen to soon. Love and hugs 🤗🤗🌹🌹😘😘
When I have toothache I tend to just keep brushing my teeth constantly and leaving sensitive toothpaste in the tooth that's causing the pain ... good luck and hope you get resolve soon xx
Go to the Dentist, no good randomly trying to cure it if you don't know what the problem is.
They should see anyone if it's an emergency, all my years in dentistry we would never turn an urgent case away.
Urrggh, there is nothing worse than tooth pain. I agree that it is not as easy as people saying 'go to a dentist'. Trying to see a dentist (never mind register with one) is like trying to find the Holy Grail. My recommendation (I'm an ex- nurse) is you need stronger pain relief firstly. Ibuprofen is the best over the counter pain relief for dental pain. You can take BOTH TOGETHER at the same time. Do not be scared about this. They are two totally different groups of drug, but complement each other well for severe pain, but be mindful as to maintaining correct times between dosages. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain killer) but Ibuprofen is an anti-inflammatory, so depending on what your tooth issue is, it will reduce inflammation which may be causing the pain. Take the max recommended dosage for each. DO take two paracetamol (ie one gram or 1000mg) So may people make the mistake of thinking 500mg is enough....well it IS NOT for a grown adult!! Clove oil is also good for rubbing on the tooth you believe to be affected, but do please follow the instructions to dilute it down if it is pure clove oil....very important. Obviously, seeing a dentist is paramount, but in the meantime please try the pain relief. If the pain gets very severe, you can attend an Urgent Care Centre where you live. They will refer you to an emergency dentist. I had to do this some years ago when I had a wisdom tooth extracted and got a horrendous infection in the site of removal. The ED prescribed antbiotics which sorted it out. Hope you feel much better soon.
